Joseph G. LaCapra, Esq.
Joseph G. LaCapra, Esq., focuses his law practice on real estate law, business entity formation (e.g., corporations and LLCs), business contracts, wills, trusts and estates, as well as estate planning.

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. LaCapra is also a Certified Public Accountant and partner in the firm of Golub, LaCapra, Wilson & DeTiberiis, LLP, located in Port Jefferson, New York. Mr. LaCapra received his Bachelor of Science degree from C. W. Post Center, a division of Long Island University. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut. Mr. La Capra is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the Eastern Federal District Court of New York.

Steven A Salz, Esq. (Retired)
Steven A. Salz, Esq. has been retired for several years. His practice handled family law matters, real estate law, trusts and estates, commercial litigation, and personal injury matters. He graduated from SUNY Empire State College and Touro Law School. Mr. Salz was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Edward S. Kowalski, Esq.
Edward Kowalski has a practice concentrated in the areas of real estate, trusts and estates, and estate planning. He has written extensively on legal topics including employment law, tax law, and human resources-related immigration matters.

Mr. Kowalski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John's University and a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State, and the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York.

Cheryll Adams
Cheryll Adams joined the firm in 2012. She is a paralegal with over 15 years of legal experience, and specializes in residential and commercial real estate. She received a Master of Science degree from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Joseph's College. Ms. Adams is an active member within her community and donates her time to various organizations.
